Even closer is where the Buddhist monk Thich was self-immolated. I have spoken to natives, and they said that growing up, most of the ruckus was in the rural areas.

2024 still going strong

This is like the guy who says he doesn't wear steel toed boots because you can get your toes chopped off by them IF they get crushed.....well, sure. However, 99% of the time, they work 100%. Nothing is perfect. Nothing. For me: 1) I shoot film, so a UV filter will help me. 2) I have an old TLR camera and the coatings aren't so great from that era, so a UV filter will help me. 3) Those lenses are nearly impossible to replace at any price, so I'll take the 99% insurance over 0%. You don't have to buy an uber expensive filter, either. From the controlled tests I've seen run, some of the expensive filters have poorer flare performance than mid-priced filters. If you don't want one, or don't believe in them, fine, but such broad brush OPINIONS are unhelpful.

I take photos quite often but I don't make a living from it. I have the X-T50 and am trying to find out whether the X-T5 can do more in certain situations. So the question is: does it make sense to also buy the X-T5 and use both? In which situations would you take/use each camera?

Only 18-55 is the best for video, good OIS and important very silence focus and also zoom and compact

I try connecting my 90d but it freezes and it turns off and back on after 2 seconds is doing it with bluetooth and wifi

I only use vintage lenses..found a 5Dii for 100euros...at high iso it looks like film too, but if you control the iso it's an excellent camera.yes the focus systems are better on newer cameras but with manual...who cares? I use an AF confirm adapter to m42 and its "nice" to have but not essential. Good on 20mm lenses where its slightly harder to see.

Interesting, but I've seen this photo since the late 70s and I've always known the story behind it. I believe there's filmed footage of it as well. You really should get rid of that half-witted "good guy/bad guy" mentality that has dumbed down everybody since the moron 80s. It's all those crappy action movies and dopey Star Wars and franchise garbage that's done it. That's what made you "mis-understand" the photo in the first place.

Thank you for you showing this. It was the very night before I left for Vietnam and I saw it 2 times on the news as I went to different peoples house saying my good byes. I glad to finally get the rest of the story. There are so many stories to war but this was an important one, to bad it was 60 years latter. I spent 14 month there and got to know a few of the civilians and soldiers, there were some wonderfully kid people. They just wanted to survive, luckily I did. I'm afraid that's not right. A polarization filter works exactly opposite to what is shown here. Parallel light gets reflected and perpendicular light passes (except if he were talking about the direction of the magnetic not electric field, but I doubt he even realizes that it's ambiguous)

Cannot find the shooting info display on my menu settings. Wondering why Just figured. It appears as "playback information display" on 5th tab of 2nd menu

25:52 I don't have a black quick screen in any of the creative modes such as manual. I wonder if I disabled it. Any idea how to get it back? I've downloaded the manual, and Canon doesn't seem to give that screen a particular name.

Tamron 17-50 f2.8 Works well with Canon 7d. But when I transfer it to canon 7d mark ii it can't find the fucus sometimes.
